The full moon is the peaking, fruition and the time for shedding and let go. We will be releasing and letting go. Through a moon meditation and a few yoga poses to open up our hips we will be releasing stuck emotions. To then open our hearts through a crystal bowl sound bath. Followed by a delicious medicinal mushroom moon mylk and full moon ritual!
