Through the ceremonial use of Cacao, we will open our hearts and tap into our creativity and intuition. Cacao is known to increase blood flow to the brain, strengthen awareness and focus, and boost the immune system. It also helps us to connect with our deepest desires and intentions. During the Oracle and Tarot readings, we will receive guidance and insight on how to align with our highest potential and manifest the life of our dreams. We will also engage in slow movement practices to ground ourselves and connect with our bodies, tap into the stored emotions within our hips and pelvis, to access it to then be able to fully release it. Through a Full Moon ritual, using the transformative power of fire we will release old patterns and limiting beliefs. 

We will end the evening with a healing crystal bowl Sound Bath, as the pure and high-frequency sounds of the bowls resonate with our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, bringing balance, clarity, and deep relaxation.
